WE ARE TIRED of sitting back and watching the atrocities in Syria continue. And more importantly, we are tired of feeling like we can do nothing. The conflict in Syria has claimed the lives of over 190,000 people; millions are displaced within and outside of Syria; rape is used as a weapon of war; violence is ongoing, and conditions are dire. After three and a half years, the international community has failed to halt these atrocities.
But we can do something.
We can stay informed, we can educate our peers, and we can raise our voices - and in doing so, build a constituency of Syria advocates ready to push the administration for urgent action. We can stand in solidarity with Syria.
STARTING NOW, WE ARE RISING UP TO ASK ONE QUESTION: SYRIASLY?
